The
development of mining-ore production in Russia
and other countries began with the formation
and activity of mining co-operatives, called
artless.
As a result of their activity many deposits
of mineral resources were discovered. The
work was paid by the product produced.
Equality
of rights, mutual aid and mutual respect of
the working people are kept in modern co-operatives,
which is their advantage in comparison with
other form of management.
The historical experience gives an opportunity
to more correctly their destination.
