ORGANIZATIONS: THE HISTORY AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT
The agricultural co-coperative
organization as well as the credit ones appeared
only after the reforms of 1861, when the political
and social premises for it had been made.
The agricultural co-operative organization existing
owing to the loaned funds, completely depended
on the state credit policy.
It was the price adjustment that was undermining
most appreciably their financial status.
It led the agricultural co-operative organizations
to the financial crisis of 1924-1925.
One of the most important principles of sale-supply
co-operative organization functioning is so-called
co-operative sale.
The course set for overall collectivization
of agriculture determined its further development
only in one direction, that is collective-farm
construction.
