Over decades of Soviet power Tsentror;oyuz had been turned into State department, involved in state economy.
Staying there for such a long time, weakening relations with the world co-operative inity, forgetting native theoretical co-operative legacy by the Russians were the factors preventing Rochdel's principals from being used in consumer co-operation of the Russian Far East.
The Khabarovsk Territory Consumer Co-operatives Union (Kraipotrebsoyuz) worked out a plan of overcomming these factors, prepared some measures laying the foundation of the execution of which will result in way out of the crisis for the Far East Consumer co-operation and improving the well-being of the population participating in it.
