THE IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF
REALIZING "CO-OP-PARTNERSHIP" SYSTEM
DURING REORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT
OF ISENTROSOY INTO THE UNIONS OF
CONSUMER SOCIETIES AFTER THE EXAMPLE
OF CO-OPERATIVE MOVEMENT IN LAZO REGION
IN THE KHABAROVSK TERRITORY

It's reasonable to carry out the development of the departments of Tsentrosoyus of the USSR, which was founded in 30th the union of consumer co-operatives, through transitional period when the "Coop-partnership" system is able to work.
During this process the following methods were usrd:
- rational territorial deviding methods;
- re-distribution of functional relations between subjects of consumer co-operation method;
-method of making groups from active co-operative shareholol-ers etc.
During the process of transition of new co-operatives from regional subordination into the Khabarovsk Territory Consumer Cooperative Union (Kraipotrebsoyuz) radical changes of relationship principles in the "coop-partnership" system were requised, so almost all based on "vertical" relations systems turned into the "horisontal" relations-based ones.
The Regional Consumer society which had been working before, was subdivided into six independent organizations, which had a status of consumer societies, but in fact proved to be "Coop-partnership" type establishments, where all the number of consuming shareholders was replaced by a small amount of producing ones.
